About
Dr. Yogesh Kamalakar Jamage is a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist practicing in Miraj–Sangli. He completed his MBBS (2008) from Dr. V.M. Government Medical College, Solapur, and secured admission to MD Medicine through the All-India Entrance Examination. He completed his post-graduation at the renowned Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh (2012)—one of the oldest and most respected institutes of Northeast India.
After his MD, he served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Navale Hospital, Pune. During this period, he cracked the national entrance examination for DNB Cardiology and joined Care Hospital, Hyderabad, where he completed his DNB Cardiology training in 2017 under the guidance of esteemed cardiologists including Padmashree Prof. Dr. Soma Raju and Prof. Dr. C. Narsimhan.
Throughout his training, Dr. Jamage gained extensive experience in both interventional and non-interventional cardiology. He has presented multiple case reports and oral papers at national conferences.
Since 2018, he has been serving as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Bharati Hospital, Sangli, while also running his own center — Jamage Heart Centre, Miraj. His approach is rooted in evidence-based and ethical medical practice.
