Dr. Sachin Rajaram Gavade is an accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of cardiac conditions. He has completed his medical education and advanced specialization through rigorous national training programs, earning MBBS, MD (Medicine), and DM (Cardiology), along with prestigious international fellowships including FSCAI and FASE.

Dr. Gavade received advanced cardiology training at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai, one of India’s leading tertiary care and high-volume cardiac centers. His training provided comprehensive exposure to complex coronary, valvular, and emergency cardiac procedures, supported by strong academic and research foundations.

Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in both interventional and non-interventional cardiology, performing a wide range of procedures including coronary angiography and angioplasty (radial and femoral approach), primary angioplasty in myocardial infarction (PAMI), rescue angioplasty, valvular heart disease interventions, and permanent pacemaker implantation (single and dual chamber). He is also experienced in advanced cardiac diagnostics such as echocardiography, Doppler studies, trans-esophageal echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter monitoring.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bharati Hospital and Medical College, Sangli, Dr. Gavade is actively involved in clinical practice, teaching, and mentoring postgraduate cardiology trainees. He is also a Visiting Consultant at multiple reputed cardiac centers across Sangli, Miraj, and Jaysingpur, where he delivers comprehensive and timely cardiac care.
