Dr. Riyaj Mujawar is an accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with extensive experience in treating a wide spectrum of cardiac conditions. He completed his medical education and advanced specialization through rigorous national programs, earning DNB Medicine, DNB Cardiology, and multiple prestigious fellowships from leading international bodies, including FACC (USA), FSCAI (USA), and FESC (Europe).
Dr. Mujawar received advanced interventional cardiology training at the renowned Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS), Bangalore, one of India’s highest-volume centers for coronary and structural heart procedures. He further enhanced his clinical exposure through an observership at Cleveland Clinic, USA, a globally recognized leader in cardiac care.
Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in both interventional and non-interventional cardiology, performing a wide range of procedures such as coronary angiography and angioplasty, peripheral and renal angioplasty, device implantations (Pacemaker/ICD/CRT), congenital heart defect closures (ASD, PDA, VSD), balloon mitral valvotomy, structural interventions, and emergency cardiac care.
